The Technology Manager is responsible for maximizing the utilization of EE's databases, primarily Salesforce and Flatbridge. Acting as the database administrator and super-user, s/he is responsible to maximize database functions to serve EE's business. S/he is responsible for working with internal stakeholders to understand and translate their needs to database solutions. S/he is responsible for database hygiene and manipulation, creating reports and dashboards, as well as mastering database functions to enhance EE's reporting ability and financial transparency. The Technology Manager is also responsible for identifying and implementing technology solutions as they relate to participants and customers vis-à-vis programming and communication and internal administrative process. S/he manages EE's technology resources. The Incumbent is responsible for the maintenance, coding, design implementation and keeping content current on the EE informational website.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least five years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, customization and development. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certification required.

Demonstrated expertise with and talent for CRM development, using a variety of database programs (Salesforce required; Flatbridge preferred). Excellent database management skills. Strong understanding of programming, coding, database structure, APIs, APEX, Salesforce AppExchange and Data Loader. Proven ability to quickly and accurately enter customer records, manipulate database information, and fill customer information requests, as necessary, in a timely and effective manner. Clear understanding of customer lifecycle, enrollment processes and client relations.

Demonstrated expertise in writing and executing queries to mine data using sophisticated queries and ability to create and execute reporting functions for a variety of outcomes. Proven ability to execute import-export functions, data suppression techniques, and code database records for future reporting purposes.

Demonstrated talent for information architecture and web solutions, with ability to maintain and enhance departmental website and web-based Flatbridge database, using content management software (Ingeniux preferred), website coding, administrative functions, and knowledge of technology to add images, content, video to the website. Assist in spearheading EEP Web 2.0 functionality. Javascript and HTML experience required.

Knowledge of continuing education, executive training, professional development and/or Executive Education Programs. Knowledge of EEP program content and Anderson faculty expertise. Knowledge of UCLA, Anderson School and Executive Education policies and accounting processes with the ability to constructively interface with Anderson Business Office and UCLA Purchasing.
