Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Take charge and direct course instructor and students on troubleshooting technology concerns

  • Provide resources and one on one guidance to course instructor and students to navigate and facilitate course content using the technological tools indicated

  • Must be available during live online course sessions to address and resolve technical problems as they arise

  • Refresh Canvas shells in advance of each semester, adjusting the schedule of assignments and content as needed

  • Editing course content, in collaboration with faculty, to align with a range of student audiences
