Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School is a 1:1 Chromebook environment with an eventual use base of up to 700 users. We are currently looking to expand our Information Technology department to include one dedicated customer support specialist.  Experience isn’t required, but is a plus. Successful candidates will possess the following skills: 

  • Self-motivated
  • Quick learner
  • Good timekeeping
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Good search engine skills

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Maintain loaner pool of technology assets and them out accordingly to staff/students/faculty as needed
  • Answer staff questions regarding tech to best of ability, troubleshoot and fix client side computer issues.
  • Escalate accordingly when ticket is out of the tech’s scope or involves server side application.
  • Work on tech projects with sysadmin during summer prep.
  • Cover special events that need tech support
  • Warranty repair documentation and fulfillment.
  • Use future helpdesk system to document all assigned trouble tickets.
