The Peck School, an independent co-educational K-8 elementary school in Morristown, NJ, seeks a full time Technology Support Specialist/Registrar to join its Technology Team.

This person will serve as Tier 1 help desk support and responsibilities will include management, support/repair of:

? Student and Faculty Laptops, iPads, Classroom Desktops and Lab Computers (OSX)

? Administration and Staff Computers (Windows 7/8)

? Printers, Projectors, Interactive White Boards, A/V Systems, Digital Still and Video Cameras

? The Peck School’s Student Information System (SIS)

? Google Apps for Education (GAFE), Microsoft Office Suite, iLife/iWorks Suite, Haiku Learning Management System (LMS)?

? Assist with multimedia setup for school assemblies and events?

Qualified candidates must have:

? Thorough knowledge of computer hardware, networks, database management, telecommunications and related equipment

? Excellent troubleshooting, repair and organizational skills

? Strong interpersonal and communications skills

? Knowledge of the latest developments in technology and a commitment to remain current in the field

? A proactive approach to problem solving

? CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred, but not required.
