Part Time Technology Teacher

Part Time Faculty Position:  10-months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technology position involves-

Teaching 2-3 class periods (10-12 students per class) five days a week.  Candidates should have experience and a passion for teaching technology.

Qualification Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant coursework in technology
  • Three or more years of relevant teaching experience
  • A strong background knowledge and ability to instruct students in the following areas:
    • Robotics or Lego Robotics
    • App Building and Coding
    • Digital Movie Making
    • Photography/Photo Editing
    • Web Design
    • MS Office
  • High energy and strong ability to connect with students with ADD, ADHD, Anxiety and Dyslexia
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working as part of a collaborative professional community
  • Ability to interact professionally with parents and school community members
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and lifelong learning

Salary range:

Based on qualifications and experience
