We have an opportunity for a Technology Trainer and Support Specialist. As The Epstein School continues its advancement into the digital world, there is an increasing need for training and support with new technology tools. This position provides 1:1 and structured training to teachers, staff, administrators and students on essential technology tools.  Tools will include Office 365, Haiku, and Senior Systems. 
 
The position will also provide face-to-face, end-user support to faculty, staff and students.   This position will assist with general network and server maintenance, and should have knowledge of SCCM for OS and application deployments.  Experience in an educational setting, training on educational software, with strong inter-personal and communication skills and with strong technology skills highly preferred.
