Colorado Academy is seeking a dynamic and passionate, full-time Computer Science instructor beginning in August 2017.

Candidates for this position should have a solid understanding of the following topics and enthusiasm for developing new, innovative curricula for a High School Computer Science and Robotics program at Colorado Academy:
• Python programming language
• Willingness to learn or experience with: Swift, Java, and JavaScript
• Robotics and electronics
• Arduino programming

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a computer science, engineering, math or technology-related field is required.

A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required. Substantial experience in guiding hands-on, project-based learning is required.
The ideal candidate will also have an aptitude and inclination to learn new and complex technology and will pursue professional development opportunities on an ongoing basis.
Coaching abilities are a plus.
