Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and updates to computer databases, district websites and provide other clerical services for the Information Systems Department as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College experience is preferred
  • 2 Years working with data entry, FTP, browsers, basic HTML and data files
  • Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing
  • Proficient in keyboarding, 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenance
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English
  • Ability to understand detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
