Description

The web content editor helps research, plan, write, and edit web content. The successful candidate should have website content management systems experience and be a skilled writer and researcher, with an eye for detail and an understanding of the special requirements of web writing. The goal is to produce creative web content to appeal to our audience of prospective students and their families.

Position Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a web editor
  • BS in journalism, communications, or related field
  • Editing skills with a demonstrable portfolio of published work
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop, or other publishing tools
  • Familiarity with HTML and content management systems, WordPress a plus
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task, work on multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
