Flintridge Preparatory School is seeking a website content manager/digital marketing designer. The responsibilities of this position include managing Flintridge Prep’s primary and supporting websites. In addition, this person will be responsible for designing marketing emails, event-related print pieces and other school-related communications. This a full-time, year-round position with full benefits.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter who can work independently and flex when needed. The candidate will have excellent interpersonal, collaborative, analytical and organizational skills, as well as a knowledge of integrated marketing and communications, a passion for new ideas and new media, and the ability to concentrate in a fast-paced, bustling (and fun) environment. In addition, the candidate should have the following:

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design, web design, communications, marketing or any other field that emphasizes audience-focused communications and design.
A portfolio or website that demonstrates design and layout skills, as well as email HTML/CSS coding.
Experience using a content management system.
Proficiency creating simple designs for print collaterals.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere, etc.)
Proficiency with social media.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS/jQuery.
Knowledge of video editing software.
Knowledge of user-focused web design, building forms, etc.
Basic Google Analytics and understanding of SEO.
