Logistics Manager -- Optimism Online LLC

We need a super organized, proactive logistics manager who has excellent attention to detail,  is highly skilled with technology and can manage the day to day of the live online classes and operations of the digital platform at Optimism Online, a division of Simon Sinek Inc. They will need to schedule and coordinate multiple live daily online classes, schedule instructors and zoom assistants and liaise with class content producers. They will also need the tech skills  to upload all the assets that are associated with the classes, including edited class recordings onto our website. They will also be responsible for negotiating with and contracting instructors, in addition to overseeing the Zoom assistants and customer service in Zendesk. Experience in the digital learning space is a bonus but not essential.

Other responsibilities:

• Managing digital platforms, domains and subcontractor relationships 
• Managing and overseeing Zendesk 
• Responsible for all emails to class participants
• Create, manage and update spreadsheets
• Organize and manage all assets and documents for live classes 
• Manage class sales’ numbers and payments
• Organize feedback, reviews and ratings
• Weekly update of analytics from classes
• Familiarity with Wordpress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Xero, Mailchimp and Zendesk.

Salary: $60k + (based on experience)
