Technology Management

Develop, implement, and monitor technology, security, and acceptable use policies and protocols. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment. Assist in the setup, maintenance, and management of educational systems and accounts, including but not limited to Learning Management Systems (LMS), classroom technology, and digital platforms. Manage system updates, software rollouts, and integrations as needed. Ensure network systems are properly integrated, secure, and performing optimally.

Support & Integration:

Configure and maintain campus phone system. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of technology assets. Provide technical support for faculty and students. Perform basic troubleshooting on common workplace technology such as printers, copiers, and projectors. Proficiency in virtual communication tools like Zoom and Google Meet. Professional Development & Training:

Conduct training sessions for faculty on the use of Apple devices and other educational technologies. Stay current with trends in educational technology, AI, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance teaching and learning. Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology effectively into the curriculum. Assist with training and support on the school’s learning management system. Assuming instructional responsibilities, depending upon expertise

Additional Support:

Respond to help desk tickets and provide day-to-day technology support across campus.
Support various AV requests.
Provide support on Blackbaud.
Provide support with campus security system. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience in a school or educational setting, with a strong understanding of technology integration in education.
Expertise in Apple products, including macOS and iPadOS.
Proficiency in Blackbaud or similar database management systems.
Knowledge of Google for Education.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with faculty, staff, and students.

Salary: $60,000+
