DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the school’s academic data software system including daily operations, report series, data entry, imports, exports, and maintenance.
  • Support parents and students in PowerSchool grade viewing portal.
  • Manage the digital and physical student records files.
  • Create and maintain PowerSchool security groups.
  • Provide support to the Director of Database Operations with duties such as course request auditing, exam schedule editing, report requests, and records maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Sensitivity to diversity
  • Proficiency for self-initiated activity and detailed follow-through
  • Proven ability to work in a team situation
  • 3+ years experience with database management
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Experience with Office Products, PowerSchool, and G Suites
  • Experience using a student information and learning management systems
  • Experience working in Rediker’s student information system preferred
